Personalized Solutions
With evidence-based testing and analysis as the foundation, Dr Kutler’s process and protocols are realistically designed to cultivate and maintain a well-rounded state of optimal long-term health. The interconnected nature of brain, body, and emotions requires solutions that consider all aspects of who we are as individuals.
The beauty of nutrigenomics and other next generation testing we may recommend is in the ability to identify traits specific to you and your biochemistry. Strengths and vulnerabilities that effect nutrient uptake and subsequent gene expression become apparent.
All recommendations are for you and you alone.
Participatory Care
Achieving and maintaining the good health and mindset we desire calls for commitment. While change often isn’t easy, the customized adjustments I recommend are adopted at a mindful pace suited to you and your lifestyle.
The food, movement and mental framework we establish in response to your health, history, genetic information, and stated objectives serves as your North Star of self-care. Through gentle lifestyle modifications and mindful guidance, our programs help you learn what makes you tick and how that makes you feel. Our work together is designed to make a profound difference in your state of mind and health, regardless of current challenges.
Participatory care places the power of your health and well-being in your own hands, giving you the awareness and confidence to navigate your individual health challenges and goals.
Enhanced Health-span
By optimizing health and cultivating the art of your own well-being, you will also be working toward enhancing your health-span, that is, the number of healthy years in your lifespan. Aging naturally brings cellular change and a slowing of regenerative processes. However, by keeping systems in prime condition with gene-centered nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle behaviors, brain plasticity, physical well-being, and emotional resilience are primed for healthy longevity. More than simply living longer, we give you the keys to living healthier.
Stress Management
As essential as diet and exercise, managing stress is integral to long-term health. In addition to the emotional and existential anxiety it can cause, continuous stress has a profoundly negative impact on our physical well-being. Its far-reaching effects—beyond sleeplessness, an inability to focus, and other day-to-day frustrations—include a profound, cumulative impact on age-acceleration and disease-inviting inflammation. And while it’s unlikely we can make stressors disappear in our lives, how we respond to stress is entirely within our control.
Using a ground-breaking system of stress-response “re-education” called Sensitive Approach — Safe & Sound Protocol (SA-SSP), you can cultivate an intrinsic response that engages the power of the vagus nerve, a modulator of the brain-gut axis responsible for the regulation of such systemic functions as digestion, heart rate, immune response, and respiration to dramatically deflect the negative effects of stress.
